OUR MISSION

IoT Women exists to celebrate women in technology, amplify their impact, and create visible role models across the global tech ecosystem.

The initiative highlights women whose work, leadership, and ideas are shaping the future of technology. By showcasing their voices and experiences, IoT Women brings greater visibility to their contributions and helps inspire the next generation of women entering the field.

IoT Woman is a global initiative held annually in celebration of IoT Day, founded by Rob van Kranenburg.

For the past 8 years, the program has showcased women from across the world who are contributing to the evolution of technology. Now entering its 9th year, the initiative continues its commitment to highlighting new voices.

Each year, 24 new women in technology are selected and featured, ensuring that the platform consistently introduces fresh perspectives and emerging leaders from different regions and disciplines.

Each year, the selected speakers are showcased during a 24-hour global livestream on IoT Day, allowing audiences across multiple time zones to participate.

During the livestream, each woman shares insights from her work and experience in technology, contributing to a growing archive of voices and perspectives from around the world.
